Darkle Final Boss: Madame Grape

Once you complete all levels in all floors of the Sparkle Theater, including all third levels, you will be able to fight Madame Grape in the basement, who is the final boss of the game.

You also need to give Stella 30 Sparkle Gems before you can start the final boss fight with Madame Grape.

This level will also give Peach her secret, final transformation!

No Rehearsal Level in the Basement

There is no Rehearsal level available in the theater basement. There are only five Rehearsal levels in the game, and they are found in the upper floors of the theater.

How to Reach Sparkle Theater Basement

Complete The Ghostly Castle

You will be able to access Sparkle Theater's basement after completing The Ghostly Castle, the second level for Swordfighter Peach, which is found in 2F.

Finishing that level will lead you to the previously-empty theater basement, and you will unlock The Dark Swordfighter & the Arena, the third level for Swordfighter Peach.

The Ghostly Castle: All Sparkle Gems, Ribbon, and Hidden Spot Locations

Complete Second Levels to Unlock Third Levels

You'll be able to unlock all of the other third levels for each of Peach's Transformations after you complete the respective second level.

This means that to be able to unlock all third levels, you need to reach the theater's fifth floor, which contains the last set of second levels.
