How to Beat Mighty Mission: Alien Invasion (Mighty-1) Boss
Counter to Stun the Robot
At the end of the level, Mighty Peach will come face to face with the Alien Mothership, but it will send out a smaller Sour Grape Robot to fight Peach instead.
The robot can extend its arms to punch Peach from far away. This is where you can press the B button to counter the attack, and send its fist back to stun the robot!
Swing the Boss to the Mothership
Once stunned, approach the robot and press B to make Mighty Peach grabs its fist. Peach will then swing the robot around, destroying any smaller ships that will attack, and hurl the robot towards the Alien Mothership.

How to Beat Alien Robot
Attack Smaller Ships
The Alien Robot boss will have mini ships in front of it. Defeat these ships to make the robot boss vulnerable.
Counter to Stun Robot
When the robot launches it fist, press the B button to counter it.
After countering it, Peach will grab the boss and spin it around again before throwing it away.
How to Beat Alien Mothership
Counter the Mothership's Attacks
The scientist Theets in the stage will power Peach up and make her grow into a giant to square off with the Alien Mothership boss.
This boss, like the previous robot boss, can extend its arm to punch Peach, so you need to also press B here to counter the attack while walking to the left to approach the robot.
Throw the Mothership
Once you are near the robot, press B again to grab robot.
A quick time event will begin where a circle will shrink. Once it glows yellow, press B again to throw the robot boss!
Stop the Charge Attack
The Alien Mothership will do one last attack and charge towards Peach. Press B to stop it from charging.
Another quick time event will start after stopping the robot. Press B again after the circle shrinks and glows to defeat the boss!

How to Beat Dark Space & the Great Meteor (Mighty-3) Boss
Destroy the Meteor
While not a conventional boss, the level's final hurdle is stopping the giant meteor at the end of the stage. All you need to do here is team up with the Mighty Sparkla to destroy the meteor.
When the Sparkla says that the two of you should combine your powers, a quick time event will begin similar to the last level.

Sparkle Gem
You can get the Mighty levels' final Sparkle Gems after defeating the bosses. You won't miss these Sparkle Gems as defeating the bosses are required to finish the level, so you'll be able to collect some even if you miss the other, more hidden Sparkle Gems.
