You need to complete all levels in the first floor of the Sparkle Theater lobby and defeat Purrjector Cat to unlock the Cowgirl Rehearsal.

Some Theets will be on Balloons when they appear at the back of the Saloon. Don't bother going for those especially when they've flown too far up as it will only waste your time.
If you're lucky you could be holding a barrel when two Balloon Theets intersect. Try to aim for these to easily get two points!
The best method for this stage is to get a barrel and slam it into another barrel. Be carfeul though as you might let loose on an explosive one.
For each wave of barrels that appear, pause for a while and think. Don't just charge in headfirst as it might blow up in your face.
Peach will be able to reach all six lifts surrounding her even when standing from the center, so it can be useful to only stand and remain at the center of the stage throughout your run.
If you walk to the left or right of the stage, you may not be able to reach a barrel from the other side, so it is better to stay in the middle.
