You can gain access to the Detective Sparkle Costume in this stage! The stage features multiple tutorials that will aid you in future levels that use this sparkle.

This is located in the first area right when you start the level. Head a little to the right then you'll see an alley you can enter. Hit the plant on the right of the screen and the Theet will reward you with a Dress Ribbon.

Gather Clues Before Investigating Objects
When you transform into Detective Peach, you can investigate objects to progress through this level. Do note that guessing wrong will cost you hearts so be sure to gather clues by interacting with the items in the environment and talking to all the characters to avoid wasting them.
Talk to the Theet on the Stool
Upon heading back to the location of the mural, walk over to the Theet on the stool and interact with him. After your conversation, bring the stool to the window to find the mural.
