A mechanical mouse will be appearing from the holes in the walls. Press the B button in front of a mouse to convert it into a bomb.
Being a cat, Purrjector Cat will want to play with Peach and the little mouse bomb. In this phase, try to make sure that Purrjector Cat does not flatten the bomb with its paws.
You can bat away Purrjector Cat's paws by attacking them. Hit its paws using B when you see Purrjector Cat readying its attack.
You can move the bomb around by pushing it with B. Purrjector Cat will mainly be after Princess Peach, so just make sure you keep the bomb away from you when it's attempting to slam its paw downward. If Purrjector Cat flattens the bomb, you won't be able to damage it for this cycle.
Also make sure to prevent Princess Peach from getting hit. Simply move away once Purrjector Cat has decided on where its paw will land.
Jump up or move back to avoid Purrjector Cat's tail when it uses this attack. However, getting hit won't actually cause you to lose a heart. It will just push you back.
Once you see Purrjector Cat lean forward, it's time to push the bomb to the center. Use B to push the bomb to where you want it. Try to keep it within the center pattern on the floor.
Jump up as Purrjector Cat slams its paws down to avoid taking damage.
The shockwave from the slam should launch the bomb up to its face and explode, incapacitating it.
Approach the purple blob that will appear from Purrjector Cat's dismantled body and repeatedly press the B button.
The cycle will then repeat, so just follow the earlier steps again. You need to do these steps a total of three times to defeat Purrjector Cat.
If you're having a difficult time beating this boss, you can use the Heart Charm to get three extra hearts. You can turn this on in Sparkle Theater 1F and talking to the Theet near the center of the lobby.
Do note that there are no penalties when using a Heart Charm, so feel free to get extra hearts whenever you want the fight to be easier. You can always turn it off by speaking to the Theet again.

All Sparkle Theater Fourth Floor (4F) Levels
After you finish the game, you can rebattle Purrjector Cat in the 3F lobby. There are three challenges you can attempt during the rematch, and you can get Sparkle Gems upon clearing them.
You need to complete all levels in the third floor of the Sparkle Theater lobby before you can battle Purrjector Cat.
Once you clear all four levels, a door will appear in the middle of the lobby, which is where you can start the boss fight.
All Sparkle Theater Third Floor (3F) Levels
You also need to give Stella 20 Sparkle Gems for her to be able to open the door and start the actual boss battle.
