You need to complete all levels in the basement and fifth floor of the Sparkle Theater lobby and defeat Madame Grape to unlock the Mighty Rehearsal.

You will see the Theets you need to protect running about. Try to see where they're going since enemies will also appear where they are.
The spawn locations of the Aliens and UFOs will also not change in between runs, so it can be useful to take note of where they will appear.
You can throw the UFOs to the Aliens instead of chasing them down. This will help you save time instead of chasing them down.
You need to perform two attacks to defeat an Alien, but it will only take one UFO to knock them out!
If you can, line up the enemies when you're throwing the UFO. Try to hit as many enemies as possible to quickly get to the next horde.
