How to Unlock All Princess Peach Showtime Dresses
Collect Dress Ribbons
You'll be able to unlock more outfits for Peach if you collect Dress Ribbons, which can be obtained either by helping Ribboner, the gentleman Theet. inside levels, completing Action Rehearsals, or buying them at the Shopkeep.
Collect All Sparkle Gems to Unlock Special Dress
You can unlock the dazzling Special Dress once you collect every Sparkle Gem in the game. You can buy this design at the Lobby Shop in 1F for 1000 Coins.
Find All Hide and Seek Theets to Get Secret Dress
You can also unlock the Secret Dress design after finding all hide and seek Theets inside every level in the game.
Once you find them all, speak to the Ninja Sparkla found in 1F to get this design.

How to Change Dresses in Princess Peach Showtime
Choose Wardrobe in Pause Menu
You can change Outfits in the pause menu of the game. Simply press Start and select Wardrobe to change outfits.
Do note that you'll only be able to change outfits in the lobby theater.
