Complete the Main Story

Hide-and-seek Theets will only start appearing in levels during the post game. You must have completed all levels already and defeated the final boss, Grape, in order for hide-and-seek Theets to start hiding in the game.

Once you've completed the main story, you should be able to see Ninja Sparkla in the first floor lobby talking about how they're holding a hide-and-seek challenge. This lets you know that the hidden Theets can now be found inside levels.
