You need to complete all levels in the fourth floor of the Sparkle Theater lobby and defeat Spotlion to unlock the Kung Fu Rehearsal.

Kung Fu Rehearsal Tips

You Can Knock Out Enemies with One Attack

During this Rehearsal, you'll be able to defeat the Sour Bunch enemies with a single attack. Performing combos may be fun, but it will be quicker to navigate around the stage if you only attack once as you won't be stuck in the middle of the combo animation.

Enemies Will Approach You

Enemies in this stage have a tendency to clump up together. Make use of this and knock a ton out in a few hits so you can efficiently complete the stage.

Use the Poles to Defeat a Whole Group

Due to the enemies having a habit of grouping together, make use of the poles on the third level to knock a ton out in one spin.

Mind Where Peach Will Land After Swinging

After swinging around the pole, Peach will land wherever you point the Left Stick during the pole attack.

With this, you can aim to land next to a pole to immediately perform another pole swing attack, instead of landing towards a group of enemies and risk getting hit.

Don't Let the Staffed Sour Bunch Get Behind You

The staffed Sour Bunch can and will attack your back if youy're not careful. Make sure they're always in front of you to prevent any late game overs.
