A demo has been released for Princess Peach: Showtime! and can now be downloaded in the Nintendo eShop. Check out this article for more information on the demo and its length, how to beat it, how to download it, and whether it will give you bonuses when the actual game releases!

Princess Peach: Showtime! Demo Information
Features Two Levels of the Game
Included in the Demo are two stages where you play as the titular Princess Peach. One stage where you get the Swordfighter Sparkle, and another where you get the Patissiere Sparkle. Once you complete the stages, you will get to see a trailer for the full game.

Demo Released on March 13th, 2022
The trial demo for Princess Peach Showtime was released on the Nintendo eShop and can be played by anyone who can download starting from March 13th, 2022.
The full game was release worldwide on March 22nd, 2024.

Around 30 Minutes to an Hour Long
If you play normally, it should take you around 30 minutes to an hour to complete the demo. Note that this may take longer if you're aiming to get every available collectible in both levels of the demo.
Rewards for Playing
No Apparent Rewards for Playing the Demo
Unlike other games, you can't carry over any rewards or progress into the full game if you play the demo. It seems as though this Demo is more of a teaser of what you can expect from the full game instead.
Obtainable Dress Ribbon Designs
While playing, you can obtain Outfits, which are alternate patterns for Peach's dress, but you can't equip them on Peach as that feature is not available in the Demo.
It is currently not known if these will carry over to the full game once released.
Princess Peach: Showtime! Demo Levels
Stage 1: The Castle of Thorns
The first stage is a tutorial stage where you obtain the Swordfighter Sparkle. Here you are taught the controls and the basic fighting mechanics of the game.

The second stage features the Patissiere Sparkle where you have to complete multiple cooking minigames like fulfill orders within a set amount of time or decorating cakes.

How to Download the Demo
Download Through the Nintendo eShop

| 2 |  In the search bar search "Princess Peach Showtime". Click the game to enter the menu to download. |
| 3 |  Under Pre-order, you will see a button that says "Download Demo". |
| 4 |  After clicking the Download Demo button, the Demo will wibe downloaded. You can check the progress on your Home screen. |
| 5 |  After Downloading you will be able to access and play the demo! |
