How to Do the Wall Hide Technique in Princess Peach: Showtime!
Push Up Against a Wall for Wall Hide Technique
In order to use the wall hide technique, push up on the L Stick until you're against the wall. Ninja Peach should automatically disguise herself by holding up a rectangular object that reflects the wall behind her.
You can walk sideways while using this technique in order to get past enemies without them noticing.
Hitting an Enemy Will Break the Disguise
While disguised, enemies will not be able to spot Ninja Peach. However, coming into direct contact with an enemy will break the disguise.
The wall hide technique may not be the best hiding technique to use when enemies are directly in your path.
Cannot Be Combined With Other Hiding Techniques
Ninja Peach can hide herself in a variety of ways including disguising herself as grass and hiding underwater. You cannot use more than one hiding technique at a time, and you really have no reason to anyway.
All of Ninja Peach's disguises are effective in hiding from the enemy, and all of her disguises automatically trigger when she's placed in the right environment.
Exclusive to Ninja Peach
Using the wall as a disguise is one of the techniques Ninja Peach uses in order to hide from the enemy. Other Peach costume transformations do not have this ability.

You can use the wall hide technique in all levels that use the Ninja Peach costume transformation.
Princess Peach Showtime All Level Walkthroughs
Use in Areas with Flat Walls
The wall hide technique can only be used in areas with flat walls. Areas with bushes and trees can also work since these cardboard cutouts are pretty flat. Uneven objects such as rocks and vases cannot trigger the wall hide technique.
Minigame areas such as the chase scene in Ninjutsu: The Art of Rapids also cannot trigger the wall hide technique.
