At the end of the level, the Alien Mothership will power up and grow a pair of fists. You will also power up and grow to the same size as the boss.

Carefully Close the Distance

Move towards the boss while countering its punches with yours. The alien's attacks are slow so you should be able to power through.

Grab When You're Close

After closing the distance, you can grab the boss and throw him to defeat him and finish the level.

Keep Your Distance

Stay on the furthest edge on the left side so you have ample allowance to time your counter punches for his attacks.
