You first gain access to the Mighty Peach Sparkle Costume in Mighty Mission: Alien Invasion at the third floor! The stage features multiple tutorials that will aid you in future levels that use this sparkle.

How to Use Mighty Peach

Fight enemies and grab objects with your superpowered strength and fly like a superhero as Mighty Peach. Make full use of your superhero suit and enhanced capabilities to defeat enemies and save the day!

Fight Enemies

Mighty Peach's default attack is a dash attack that you can use on the ground and while jumping in the air.

Lift Heavy Objects

Mighty Peach can also lift heavy objects using the action button. This includes the UFOs from Mighty Mission: Alien Invasion.

Objects that Mighty Peach is carrying can then be thrown.

Boss Battle Tips

Press B before the boss enemy's attack reaches you in order to counter it. Then, while the enemy is disarmed, pick it up, swing it around, and throw it far away!

Basic Controls

Action
Jump	Press A to jump. Hold A to jump higher.
Attack / Grab	Press B to attack. If done in front of an object, Mighty Peach will do a grab instead.
Jump Attack	Press B after jumping with A.
Pose	Press ZL or ZR.

Boss Battle Controls

Action
Counter	Press B in front of an enemy's attack.
Grab	Press B while in front of something you can pick up.
Swing	Press and hold B while grabbing an object. Release B to let it fly.

#	Mighty Mission: Alien Invasion Sparkle Gem Locations
1	Save the two Theets being abducted by Sour Bunch at the start.
2	Use your Sparkle Ribbon on the fountain three times to clear the burning debris.
3	Jump up onto the car and then to the bus in the area after the burning debris.
4	Protect the Theets being attacked by Sour Bunch in the area after you get the Mighty Sparkle.
5	Found behind the toppled car which you can grab or destroy with another car.
6	Defeat the Alien Mini-Boss.
7	Clear the hidden pose secret area right after the mini-boss.
8	Collect all 8 Sparkle Gem fragments during the flying part before the boss battle.
9	Save all the Theets stuck on the flying Sour Bunch enemies.
10	Obtained after defeating the boss at the end of the level.

Mighty Mission: The Rescue

#	Mighty Mission: The Rescue Sparkle Gem Locations
1	Save all the Theets during the initial flying sequence including the ones stuck on Sour Bunch UFOs and and those being attacked while piloting a ship.
2	Defeat the mini-boss and you will obtain two Sparkle Gems.

4	In the hidden pose secret area underneath a bus when you land on the planet.
5	Next to a bus during the part where you get chased by the Alien Mothership.
6	Protect all the Theets during the part where you get chased by the Alien Mothership.
7	Defeat the final boss at the end of the level.

Dark Space & the Great Meteor Sparkle Gems

#	Dark Space & the Great Meteor Sparkle Gem Locations
1	Obtained at the end of the slow moving platform segment.
2	Obtained after.
3	Defeat all the Sour Bunch that appear before they get to the Professor.
4	Clear out all the meteorites with the help of the Mighty Sparkla.
5	Obtained after crushing the giant metor at the end of the level.
