The Ghostly Castle Dress Ribbon Location
On the Falling Objects
The Ribboner can be found on one of the falling frame objects in the area with the falling platforms and objects. Players can use the up attack (hold the up button + attack) to break the frame and the Ribboner will give you the Dress Ribbon.

Final Boss: Ghostly Knight
You will face the Ghostly Knight you encountered at the start of the level, he can slip into the walls/floor, remove platforms, call forth bats, and summon falling objects.
Keep Your Distance
When the boss gets ready to attack you with the lance charge, stay on the opposite side from where he starts his charge. This will make it easier for you to time your dodge.
Dodge and Counterattack
Just as he charges at you with the lance, dodge with your jump button and perform a counterattack.
