Obtain it in the Mask of Madness DLC Story

Prince of Persia The Lost Crown - Found in the Mask of Madness DLC

This amulet is found in the DLC level. To unlock this level. you must purchase the Mask of Madness DLC by buying the Complete Edition, the Complete Upgrade Pack, or the DLC itself.

To unlock the level in-game, you must start the A Snake in the Grass side quest in The Haven's Wak-Wak Tree. This will be unlocked when you finished The Tiger and The Rat main story quest.
