Verethregna's Smite is unmissable and is unlocked during the Battle of Persepolis main quest. Continue playing through the tutorial until Prince Ghassan is kidnapped to unlock this Athra Surge.
Artaban's location in The Haven
Vayu's Wave can be obtained by completing Artaban's Challenges 1-9. These challenges are a series of basic combat tutorials that are quite easy to complete.
To locate Artaban, head to The Haven and climb up the wooden platforms to the left of The Mage. From there, jump towards the large wooden platform on the right and continue forward until you spot Artaban.
Wind of Sistan can be picked up in The Depths fairly early into the game.
After finding your first Wak-Wak Tree, exit right and make your way upwards to see Anahita making off with Prince Ghassan.
Instead of chasing them further upwards, take the right exit to reach an entrance into The Depths.

All Time Powers and How to Unlock Them
Bahman's Breath is granted to Sargon by Kamil who players will meet at the first Wak-Wak Tree in Hyrcanian Forest.
Players will unlock the Hyrcanian Forest shortly after beating the Undead Prisoner boss in the Lower City.

Defeat the duo of Alternate Sargons in the Soma Tree to unlock the Hadhayan's Might Athra Surge.
Pit of Eternal Sands Alternate Sargon location
The Soul of Gilgamesh is unlocked by defeating the Alternate Sargon in the Pit of Eternal Sands.
To reach him, players will need to complete The Path to The Sands Prison main quest to access the Dimensional Claw Time Power.
Sargon can then use Dimensional Claw to break through the wall and access this boss battle.
All Time Powers and How to Unlock Them
Bahamut's Rage is obtained after winning the Orod boss fight during the Celestial Guardians main quest.
This Athra Surge is unmissable since Orod will be blocking the path to Tascheter, Guardian of the East and must be defeated in order to progress the main quest.
Rashnu's Judgement is received after winning the Menolias boss fight during The Celestial Guardian main quest.
As Menolias blocks the path to Venant, the Guardian of the West, this Athra Surge is unmissable.
The best Athra Surges in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown are those that deal the most damage while affecting a large area.
Since the primary function of Athra Surges is to deal damage to enemies, those that hit harder and larger are favored over the surges with triggering conditions or are hard to use.
You can equip up to 2 Athra Surges at Wak-Wak Trees scattered all over Mount Qaf. Interacting with this tree of life will replenish your health and potions, as well as let you change which amulets you want to equip.
Athra Surges can only be used if you have enough charge in your Athra Surge gauge.
Each Athra Surge requires either 1 or 2 charges from your gauge. Level 1 Athra Surges require 1 charge from your gauge while Level 2 ones require 2 charges. You can fill up the gauge by simply hitting your enemies with your weapon.
Once you have enough charges in your gauge, press the Athra Surge button combination to use an equipped Athra Surge.
Keep in mind that Athra Surges also have cooldowns, so you cannot use them repeatedly.
Athra Surges are the equivalent of Ultimate Attacks for Sargon in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown.
These abilities typically deal large amounts of damage while offering various forms of utility during combat.
