The Herbalist's Last Camp is a hidden camp area located in the Hyrcanian Forest.
You must posses the Gravity Wings and Fabric of Time time powers in order to get to the location.
All Time Powers and How to Unlock Them
First, you need to go to the Hyrcanian Forest. Start by reaching the location marked on the map.
You need to cross to the other side by using different time powers.
Perform a jump following the edge of the cliff. Execute the Gravity Wings time power to perform a second jump mid-air. Immediately after, use the Fabric of Time time power to grab onto the glowing purple triangle to gain momentum. Repeat the process until you get to the other side.
Once here, walk towards the right and open the chest at the camp to get the Rosy skin and a Collectible Item beside it.
