Fast Travel is unlocked during the Abducted Prince Quest. To unlock fast travel, you must first acquire Menolias' bow and chakram, then defeat Jahandar to get the Rush of Simurgh Time Power.
After that, reach the first travel point in the Lower City by navigating through spike traps and destroy the orb that is keeping the Homa Statue in stasis.
The first travel point is unlocked by following through the main quest, The Abducted Prince as there are items and powers that are required to reach this initial fast travel point.
The Abducted Prince Walkthrough
You will need Menolias' bow and chakram found in the Hyrcanian Forest to continue your progress in exploring the Lower City as they are mandatory to reach Jahandar's lair for a Time Power needed to get to the first fast travel point.
How to Get the Bow and Chakram of Menolias
Upon Jahandar's defeat, Sargon will gain access to the Rush of Simurgh Time Power. This air dash is necessary to access the area where the first travel point is.
After defeating Jahandar, return to the statue and go down its left arm and proceed onto the left-most side room.
To reach the first travel point, Sargon must navigate through spike trap puzzles that can only be accessed by using the Rush of Simurgh Time Power.
After crossing these platforming puzzles, head to the next room and you will find an area that leads upwards via swinging poles. Ignore that path for now and continue to the leftmost side room.
There will be a Homa Statue to the leftmost side of this room after passing through the Wak-Wak Tree in this area.
It is locked in stasis inside a time paradox orb - use Sargon's weapons to destroy it and unlock the Homa Statue Network. Interacting with the Homa Statue will display a list of all unlocked travel points in Mount Qaf.
For future reference, whenever Sargon comes across an area with a purple time overlay, there is an orb nearby and a possible fast travel point as well.
Upon discovery, Homa Statues allow Sargon to fast travel to different places around the map. Sargon can only fast travel when he visits a Homa Statue and can only teleport to a location that has one as well.
This is useful as the map is quite large and makes returning to areas that Sargon could not access previously easier.
We're constantly updating the map with Fast Travel Locations as we find them. If you have any information about a Fast Travel Location, let us know in the comments!
