How to Beat Jahandar

The following tips can help you beat Jahandar in battle.

Phase 1

Parry Claw Swipes

Jahandar will swipe at you with his claws so be sure to parry them to avoid taking damage.

How to Parry

Dodge Poison Tail (Unstoppable Attack)

Jahandar will sometimes try to strike you with its scorpion tail. When the tip of the tail hits the ground, the impact creates a shockwave that causes AoE damage.

Be sure to dodge these attacks as soon as you see Jahandar's eyes glow red.

How to Dodge

Avoid Jahandar's Landing Strike

As soon as Jahandar takes flight, be sure not to stay in one place to avoid the landing impact it creates. Jahandar's landing creates a devastating AoE attack when it comes back to the ground.

Parry Charge Attack (Reckless Attack)

Jahandar will perform a Reckless Attack during battle where he charges toward you. Parry this attack to execute a Vengeful Counter and deal significant damage towards Jahandar.

Phase 2

Avoid the Black Sphere's Attacks

When you've dealt one-third of damage to Jahandar's health bar, the boss will begin to up the ante and breath a black sphere that roams around the field.

The black sphere will try to hover above you and attack with a beam of light striking downwards. Be sure not to stay in one place to avoid taking a hit.

You could also try to attack it while its hovering in the air to dispel it.

Deflect Poison Projectiles

Jahandar will fire poison projectiles from its tail to attack you. Be sure to deflect the projectiles when they're about to hit you by attacking them.

If you deflect the projectiles, you'll be able to deal back damage on Jahandar while also avoiding getting hit.

Avoid Black Roar Attack

The boss will also unleash a black breath attack that creates a shockwave and puts a distance between you and Jahandar.

When it crouches down, make sure you head towards the opposite direction to avoid the point of impact.

Dodge Upgraded Poison Tail (Unstoppable Attack)

During Phase 2 of the fight, Jahandar will upgrade its poison tail attack by striking the ground with its scorpion tail and unleashing it from beneath to where the player is for a second strike.

Dodge the point of impact where the tail strikes the ground. When successful, dodge the succeeding attack that follows where it comes out of the ground.

Phase 1

Claw Sipes

Jahandar will swipe at you with its razor claws.

Poison Tail (Unstoppable Attack)

Jahandar will strike you with the tips of its tail to poison you and the area of impact.

Landing Strike

When it takes off for flight, Jahandar will land on where the player is for devastating damage.

Charge Attack (Reckless Attack)

Jahandar unleashes a Reckless Attack where it will charge at you ferociously.

Phase 2

Roaming Black Sphere

Jahandar will breath out a black sphere that follows you around and strikes you with a black ray of light.

Poison Projectiles

The boss will release poison projectiles from its scorpion tail.

Black Roar

Jahandar will unleash a black roar that creates a distance between you and the boss.

Upgraded Poison Tail (Unstoppable Attack)

Jahandar will stab the ground with its poison tail and let it loose from beneath you for another attack.
