Heal Up When Your HP is Low

During combat with an enemy, remember to keep an eye on your health and remember to consume a Healing Potion if your HP is low. You may also go to the nearest Wak-Wak Tree to rejuvenate your health and fill up your empty health potions.

Healing Potions can be upgraded, enhancing both their effectiveness and the number you can carry at once.

You can see unstoppable attacks if the enemy is giving off a flashing red glint before an attack.

Unstoppable Attacks cannot be parried and you'll have to resort to dodging them to avoid getting damaged.

You can effectively parry enemy attacks if you time your blocks at the precise moment the enemy is about to strike. It's crucial to keep in mind that each enemy behaves uniquely, requiring careful observation to successfully execute a parry.

Successfully landing a parry on shielded enemies render them vulnerable.

Ranged Attacks Can Be Parried

Accurately time your parry to easily deflect ranged attacks from enemies just as the projectiles are about to hit.

Equip Powerful Amulets That Suit Your Playstyle

Blade Dancer Amulet

Amulets are equipped by Sargon to gain different advantages in the game. Amulets can be upgraded to make them even more effective. Do realize that you must equip amulets strategically as there will be a limit to how many you can equip at a time.

In the beginning of the game, Sargon will have access to three Amulet slots. It is best to get hold of Amulet Slots scattered throughout the game in order to increase the amulet necklace's capacity.

The Bow and Chakram offer free-aim functionality, enabling precise targeting of specific enemies perceived as threats, you may also use this for some mechanisms in the game.

Note that your bow arrows can run out so it's best to use them wisely. Alternatively, you can stock your arrows by interacting with arrow stands or by defeating some enemies.

A Vengeful Counter is a type of parry that when executed correctly, Sargon will perform a finishing move that swiftly eliminates the enemy.

You must Look for a flashing yellow glint emitted by an enemy as a signal to initiate their attack.

Time Powers

Sargon can use different time powers throughout the game that prove valuable in both combat and non-combat scenarios. You may use these to your advantage whenever faced with multiple enemies at once to gain the upper hand.

Time Powers are very useful in traversing Mount Qaf because they help you solve puzzles and reach places that are otherwise difficult to reach.
