The Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown demo is now out and ready to be played! All players can head to their respective console store pages to download and try the demo for free.
The demo length of Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is around 25 to 30 minutes of playtime. Players should expect that they'll be given a sneak peek of the core gameplay aspects of the game throughout their entire short playthrough of the demo.
During the demo, players are introduced to the movement and combat mechanics featured in the game. This includes tutorials on how to navigate through obstacles filled with deadly traps, as well as a well-knit introductory of how combat works.
The demo features a custom set of Time Powers, Athra Surges, Amulets, and Gear in order for players to get a taste of how combat is like and what to expect when engaging in battles come full release.
Players may explore some areas of Mount Qaf to their heart's content, including the Haven, an area in the Lower City where you can trade and purchase items from shopkeepers, as well as upgrade Amulets and Weapons.
Keep in mind that throughout the course of the demo, some paths and certain zones will be blocked off by a purple barrier to prevent any spoilers of the game. These areas can be explored in the full version of Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown!
For players playing on console, the demo can be downloaded on the console's respective store pages (e.g., Nintendo eShop for Switch, Xbox Store for Xbox, and Playstation Store for PS consoles)
While players playing on PC can access the demo through the Epic Games launcher or the Ubisoft Store.
