Khosrow is located in a small chamber in the southwestern section of Hycranian Forest. Destroy the entrance to the chamber and a short cutscene will play, after which you'll need to defeat Khosrow to receive his Insignia of Persepolis.
Note: The chamber where Khosrow is located is just past the lower area where you'll find the cannonball for the Deserter Soldier side quest.
Bijan is located in a hidden alcove above a Wak-Wak Tree close to the fast travel point near the Scrapper's Hideout in The Deepths. You'll need to unlock the gate leading to a secret section on the ceiling to reach Bijan.
There is a wasp nest in the area where Bijan is located that will constantly spawn giant wasps that will join Bijan in attacking you. Destroy the wasp nest first before focusing on Bijan, and defeat him to receive his Insignia of Persepolis.
You can only encounter Bijan after progressing enough during the story quest The Tiger and the Rat.

Find and defeat all 8 of Ardashir's men to free them from the curse | |
Quest Giver | Nojan |
Rewards |
・Xerxes
・Soma Tree Petal ・Crystals |
Speak to Nojan, the dying soldier in the Lower City on the path to the Hyrcanian Forest. He'll mention that years have passed for them since Prince Ghassan was kidnapped and the temporal nature of Mount Qaf has caused his men to become undead.
Nojan tasks Sargon to find his lost warriors and give them an honorable death before dying.
The Lost Warriors are scattered throughout the entire map and some require progressing through the story to get time powers to access their areas.
Each Lost Warrior is a formidable fighter, boasting more health and stronger attacks, as well as gimmicks such as summoning other enemies or wielding elemental weapons so make sure to upgrade your weapons!
Defeating the last lost warrior will cause it to drop the Ardashir's Mission Orders lore item which mentions Ardashir's base of operations in the Lower City.

Head left from where you started the quest in Nojan's spot in the Lower City which you can access by using the upgraded Shadow of the Simurgh time power and drop down the large area to meet Ardashir, the leader of the lost warriors.
Though undead, he is lucid enough to challenge Sargon to a final battle to free himself from undeath.
Ardashier wields all the powers of the lost warriors such as summoning lightning and throwiing frost-enchanted axes to name a few. Fortunately, you can parry most of his attacks which means you can build up Athra and deal massive damage to him with your Athra Surges.
Defeating Ardashir rewards you with a lot of time crystals as well as a Soma Tree Petal.
Sargon will then give Ardashir his blessing which completes the side quest.
