Kaheva's Forge can be located in the Haven, which is situated on the middle portion of the Lower City Map. Kaheva's Forge can only be unlocked after acquiring the Bow of Menolias during the main storyline.

You can purchase amulet upgrades with Time Crystals at Kaheva's Forge which can be accessed by interacting with the glowing door in The Haven.
Kaheva also offers upgrades for Sargon's Weapons.

Upgrading amulets will improve their effectivity and power.
It's a good idea to consider investing in upgrading your amulets as early as possible, especially since the enemies are stronger in the later parts of the game.
You will most likely use Qays and Layla for the majority of the game. If you've already upgraded the weapons themselves, then the Blade Dancer is the perfect amulet to pair your trusted blades in combat.
Blade Dancer's upgrades consist of adding an additional attack when using your swords, which comes in handy if that single strike happens to be the one that finishes off a boss or an enemy.
The Shield of Mithra amulet is best used when your reflexes have honed you to parry any incoming attack coming towards you. A successful parry creates a time bubble that slows down all enemies in its sphere of influence.
If the Shield of Mithra is upgraded, the time bubble becomes bigger. All your enemies will be neutralized once you've mastered parrying while equipping this handy amulet.
If you're a fan of employing long range offensives, Arash's Arrowhead is the amulet for you. Every upgrade increases the damage dealt by your arrows during combat.
Many bosses take advantage of floating hazards to distract you from battle and put as much distance from you as possible. Arash's Arrowhead will unleash the potential of your long range attacks.
