You can purchase one Amulet Holder from The Mage in The Haven for 240 Time Crystals. Note that you can only buy one Amulet Holder from the Shopkeeper.

In the area where you encounter two axe-wielding armored knights, slide down the small gap located at the bottom of the wall near one of the knights.
