Preload is Available Starting January 10, 2024

Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is available for preloading on all platforms starting January 10, 2024.

No Preload for Ubisoft+ Users

Preload is only available for players who have Pre-Ordered the Standard or Deluxe Editions of Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown.

Players who are looking to access the game via their Ubisoft+ subscription will only be able to download the game during the early access period which starts on January 15, 2024.

How to Preload

Preloading via Epic Games

1. Open the Epic Games Launcher.
2. Select the “Library” section.
3. Search for “Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown” and select it.
4. Press the “Preload” button to start preloading.

Preloading on Nintendo Switch

• Access the eShop application on your Nintendo Switch.
• Search for “Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown”
• Open Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown and select “Pre-Order”
• Begin the download and wait for it to finish.

The game should install itself into your console, but you will only be able to play the game during the early access period or on the standard release date.

Preloading via Ubisoft Connect

• Run Ubisoft Connect on your PC.
• Head to the “My Games” section.
• Search for “Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown” and select it.
• Press the “Preload” button and wait for the download to finish.

Preloading on Xbox One / Series X|S

Method 1 - Using The Console

1. Access Microsoft/Xbox Store on Xbox home screen.
2. Select Search and type in “Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown”.
3. Open Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown and select Download.
4. If it says Manage instead of download, select it and choose which parts of the game you wish to download.

Otherwise, you can find the game by selecting "My games & apps" on the home screen, then open Full Library.

Method 2 - Using Xbox App

1. Access the Xbox App on your mobile phone.
2. Link the Xbox console to the Xbox App.
3. Select Search and type in “Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown” on the Xbox App.
4. Select Prince of Persia and select “Download to Console”.
5. Wait for Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown to finish downloading.

You can go to your Library and find Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown there if you already own it.

Preloading on PS4 | PS5

1. Preorder Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown from the PlayStation store.
2. Head to the Library, the Store page, or your home page.
3. Choose to preload the game.
4. Wait for Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown to finish downloading.
