Press the V Key

To change the perspective or POV to third-person, simply press the V key while in-game. To return to first person view, perform the same action again.

You can also set your camera preference when you spawn. Open Settings, select the Gameplay tab, and scroll to Camera Preference (On Spawn). Change it to Third Person so every time you enter the game, you’ll already be in a third-person POV.
