Where to find screenshots

This is a guide on finding your taken screenshots in Hytale. Read on to learn where to find screenshots and how to take them in the game!

Where to Find Screenshots

Found in Hytale Pictures Folder

Screenshots that you take in the game can be found in the default Hytale pictures folder.

  1. Navigate to This PC.
  2. Open the Users folder. This is usually found on Local Disk C.
  3. Locate the pictures folder and look for Hytale Screenshots.

Following the steps above should lead you to this file path: C:\Users\XXX\Pictures\Hytale Screenshots. This is where the screenshots that you take will be stored.

How to Take Screenshots

Press F12

Hytale

Pressing F12 in the game commands a screenshot. If you want a clear screenshot of the game's environment, you may also opt to press F8 to hide the HUD.

Taking a screenshot with a controller is currently unavailable as controller support is not in the game at the moment.
