You can share your world with your friends in Grounded 2. Learn how to share your world and convert your save file into a shareable copy in this guide!

Convert Your Save to a Shareable Copy

Grounded 2 Create Shareable Save Copy

To share your world, select your save on the Load Game screen and press the left stick (Xbox) or R key (PC) to convert it into a shareable copy. This will create a separate copy of your save that can be shared with your friends.

Share With Friends Screen

Once you have a sharaeble copy of your save, press the left stick (Xbox) or R key (PC) again to select friends to share it with. The friends listed on the left are the available people you can share your world with. Selecting them will move them to the right part of the screen.

Grounded 2 Share With Friends In Game

You can also share your world with friends in-game. Inside your shareable copy, open the Game Menu and navigate to Player List. From there, you'll be able to see the option Share With Friends. Press it to bring up the Share With Friends menu.

Online Save that Anyone Can Host

Grounded 2 Shared World

Shared worlds are stored online and can be hosted by anyone the player grants host access to, even if they're offline. There can only be one shared save for a specific shared world, meaning that there are no online backup saves. Backup saves are stored locally on the last player to access the world.
