Milk Molars are collectible items that increase your stats, specifically your Max Health, Max Stamina, Hunger and Thirst Drain, Healing, and Maximum Active Mutations.

Obtained by Destroying Teeth

Destroy Milk Molars

You will often come across molars scattered around the entire park. You can destroy these teeth with hammers to obtain the Yoked Girth Milk Molar from within.
