Overload! Walkthrough
Overload! is the fourteenth story quest in Grounded 2. Read on for a full Overload! walkthrough, including MIX.R location, how to prepare for the waves of O.R.C. soldiers, and how to defend the MIX.R.

Head to the MIX.R Under the Skateboard in Grass Games

Make your way towards the MIX.R and eliminate the O.R.C. Weevils guarding it. The MIX.R is found under a Skateboard in the Grass Games area. The Skateboard is located to the southeast of the Fire Pit and near the Toxic Anthill: East Entrance.
Set Up a Base Near the MIX.R
Before activating the MIX.R, it's highly recommended to build a base nearby to prepare for fortifying the defense around it. The most ideal location is near the north wheels of the skateboard, right beside the patch of mushrooms.
For your base, be sure to build a Lean-To, Storage Chest, Workbench, Stem Pallet, Spinning Wheel, Smoothie Station, and either a Jerky Rack or a Cookery. These structures will help you rest, store resources, and prepare for the battle ahead.
Upgrade Your Gear
Ensure you equip a high-defense armor set and at least Tier II weapons. For the best results, use Unique Weapons to deal heavy damage. Upgrade your equipment by using the Smithing Station.
Make Plenty of Smoothies for Healing
Craft plenty of smoothies for healing. Prioritize making those with beneficial effects for the fight, such as Scorpidote to cure venom, Green Machine for fast stamina regeneration, and Liquid Rage for higher attack damage. Making Sticky versions of them would be best, so their effects will last longer.
Fortify the Surroundings of the MIX.R
The swarm of O.R.C. soldiers will attack you, your Buggy, and the MIX.R, so you must build defensive structures around it. Start by constructing Stem Walls around the MIX.R, adding a Sturdy Door on one side for entry.
Then, surround the outer walls with Spike Strips. Finally, place O.R.C. Disruption Bombs on all sides of your walls. Only construct the O.R.C. Disruption Bombs when you're ready to fight, as O.R.C. Weevils will spawn the morning after you've slept.
Additionally, you can also build Acorn Turrets for dealing increased damage against the O.R.C. soldiers.
Initiate the MIX.R Overdrive
Once your preparations are complete, approach the MIX.R. An interface will show you the incoming enemies. Interact with the device to initiate the overdrive.
Defend the MIX.R from Waves of O.R.C. Soldiers
Once you activate the MIX.R to overdrive, you will anger the Stranger and she will send you waves of O.R.C. soldiers. Be aware that starting from the third wave, swarms can overlap if you don't eliminate the creatures quickly.

Climb the Large Rock for Better Vantage Point During the Fight
Climb on the large rock to get a better vantage point. Enemies will converge on you and chase you, especially on the last wave. Once you're on the rock, their reach will be limited and they'll group together, making them easier to hit. Keep an eye on your health, as they can still damage you there. This is also the best spot for building an Acorn Turret.
Successfully defending the MIX.R until it overloads will reward you with 3000 Raw Science. After completing the Overload! quest, you can either recycle the structures and utilities you built or keep them as another base.
