How to Get Reverent Doom Slayer

Complete the Campaign on Pandemonium Difficulty

The Reverent Doom Slayer skin can be obtained after completing the entire campaign of 22 chapters on Pandemonium difficulty. Note that in Pandemonium difficulty, you'll have to rely on Life Sigils to continue your campaign progress if you die. Due to the limited number of Life Sigils in the game, we recommend practicing all the chapters in a lower difficulty first before aiming for this skin.
