How to Get Nightmare Shredder

Get from a Secret in Chapter 2

Nightmare Shredder Location

The Nightmare Shredder is obtainable in a Secret Area in Chapter 2: Hebeth. In the area where you were first introduced with the Shield Recall Jump mechanic, go up the wall next to the Sentinel Shrine and look for some stacked boxes that lead to a climable vent. Follow the path until you reach the end of the vent to receive the skin. The area will spawn demons, so beware!
