Telescope

You received this treasured item from your sister on your birthday. Peer through it to zoom in and out. Where to Find: Obtained from Aryll during the start of the game. |
Tingle Tuner
|
To call Tingle, use a Nintendo GameCube Game Boy Advance cable to connect a Game Boy Advance to Controller Socket 2, 3, or 4, then use this item. Where to Find: Obtained from Tingle after rescuing him on Windfall Island. (OG Only) |
Tingle Bottle
|
Use it to cast a letter into the sea where a stranger will come across it! Miiverse settings must be turned on. Where to Find: Obtained from Tingle after rescuing him on Windfall Island. (HD Only) |
Picto Box
|
It can hold up to 3/12 (HD) pictographs. Press ZR to switch to the Pictograph Album. Where to Find: Obtained from Tingle's jail cell on Windfall Island. |
Deluxe Picto Box
|
This high-tech type of Picto Box can take full-color pictographs. It, too, can hold up to 3/12 (HD) pictures inside. Press to switch to the Pictograph Album. Where to Find: Obtained after completing Lenzo's side quest where the Picto Box will be upgraded, including getting a Forest Firefly. This item will also be available after starting another playthrough. (OG) Obtained after completing Lenzo's side quest, where the Picto Box will be upgraded. Spoils Bag
|
This bag is primarily used to hold up to eight different kinds of items that defeated enemies drop. Where to Find: Complete Niko's rope-swinging challenge in the pirate ship. |
Bait Bag
|
You can keep plenty of bait in this convenient satchel! Where to Find: Purchase from Beedle for 20 Rupees. |
Delivery Bag
|
This handy bag holds a maximum of eight different kinds of items. Where to Find: Obtained from Quill the postman on Dragon Roost Island. |
Grappling Hook
|
Latch, swing, and jump with this tool. You can change direction or stop swinging, or even climb up and down. Use it on your boat to lift treasure. Where to Find: Obtained from Medli after freeing her in Dragon Roost Cavern. |
Deku Leaf
|
Set this magic leaf and use it to blast objects with a gust of air. If you have magic power, you can jump into the air and use it to fly through the skies. Where to Find: Obtained from the Great Deku Tree on Forest Haven. |
Bomb
|
Pull out one of these and press A to throw it or R to set it down. Use bombs while on your boat to fire them with a large cannon. Where to Find: Purchased from Bomb-Master Cannon's shop on Windfall Island. |
Boomerang
|
Set this weapon and use the red cursor to aim. It will lock on to and hit any object you target It can target up to five things at one time. Where to Find: Obtained as you go through the Forbidden Woods after defeating a Mothula. |
Hero's Bow
|
Take out your bow and press to switch between ice, fire, and light arrows once you have them unlocked. You can carry up to 99 arrows. Where to Find: Obtained as you go through the Tower of the Gods after defeating a Darknut. |
Arrow
|
Regular arrows used with the bow. Where to Find: Obtained from cutting grass, pots and jars, or defeating enemies. Can also be purchased from Beedle. |
Fire Arrow
|
Arrows with imbued with the power of fire. Where to Find: Obtained from the Fairy Queen located on the Mother & Child Isles after rescuing Aryll in the Forsaken Fortress. |
Ice Arrow
|
Arrows with imbued with the power of ice. Where to Find: Obtained from the Fairy Queen located on the Mother & Child Isles after rescuing Aryll in the Forsaken Fortress. |
Light Arrow
|
Powerful arrows that can damage Ganon. Where to Find: Obtained after completing the maze in Ganon's Tower. |
Hookshot
|
It extends! It retracts! It latches onto things! Hold down the button you've set it to and aim. It will fire out when you release the button. Where to Find: Obtained as you go through the Wind Temple after defeating a Red Wizzrobe. |
Skull Hammer
|
Set this mightiest of mallets and use it to smash objects and break through barriers. Strike the ground with it to stun enemies with a shockwave. Where to Find: Found after confronting Phantom Ganon on the Forsaken Fortress while rescuing Aryll. |
Iron Boots
|
Set these heavy-duty boots to a button and press it to wear them. Press the button again to remove them. With these on, you can stand in the face of the fiercest winds. Where to Find: Obtained in a cave in Ice Ring Isle after getting Fire Arrows. |
Magic Armor
|
Use your magic/Rupees (HD) to raise a protective barrier around you that guards against enemy attacks! More damage costs more magic/Rupees! Where to Find: Obtained as reward from Zunari as you progress through his trading quest. |
Hero's Sword
|
Use it wisely and carefully... You don't want to let down the kind old man who has entrusted it to you! Where to Find: Obtained from Orca on Outset Island after completing his training course. |
Master Sword
|
This is the legendary blade of evil's bane. Where to Find: Obtained inside Hyrule Castle. |
Hero's Shield
|
This is the legendary shield said to have been used by the hero himself! Where to Find: Obtained from Link's grandma before boarding Tetra's ship. |
Mirror Shield
|
This mirror-plated shield can reflect beams of light. Press and hold to aim the light beams. Where to Find: Obtained as you go through the Earth Temple after defeating three Stalfos. |
Pirate's Charm
|
This is the mysterious stone the pirate Tetra lent to you. Use it when an icon appears to speak with Tetra. Where to Find: Obtained from Tetra before Link heads to the Forsaken Fortress. |
Sail
|
On your boat, use A to hoist it and sail in the direction the wind blows. Press B to put it away. Where to Find: Purchased from Zunari on Windfall Island for 80 Rupees. |
Swift Sail
|
Thanks to superior craftsmanship, this sail has amazing wind-catching capabilities. It also ensures that the wind is always at your back. Press A to hoist and A again for more speed! Where to Find: Can be obtained from Zunari's auction on Windfall Island. (HD Only) |
Wind Waker
|
This conductor's baton can call upon and borrow the power of the gods. Where to Find: Obtained from the King of Red Lions on Dragon Roost Island. |
Power Bracelets
|
Strength flows through your limbs when you wear these bracelets, allowing you to lift heavier objects than before. Press A to grab and lift things. Where to Find: Obtained inside Fire Mountain. |
Hero's Charm
|
This mystical charm is able to see into an enemy's soul. It will reveal an enemy's life energy when you equip it. Where to Find: Obtained from Miss Marie on Windfall Island in exchange for a total of 40 Joy Pendants. (OG) Obtained after clearing 50 floors in the Savage Labyrinth on Outset Island. (HD) |
Link will get weapons, storage bags, and other kinds of equipment as you explore islands and dungeons.

Link will obtain various equipment as you progress through the game. These will help you whenever you are fighting enemies or need to traverse through obstacles as you are exploring.

Most equipment are also needed to progress through the game's dungeons, which usually hold puzzles and platforming sections.
If you're stuck in a section while inside a dungeon, take a look at your inventory and try all of the equipment you currently have!
