Bottle Item | This is two helpings of your grandma's homemade soup. Drink it to replenish all life energy and magic power and to inflict double damage until you take damage. |

Forest Water

Bottle Item | This magic water never seems to run out, but within 20/30 (HD) minutes of taking it out of the forest, it loses its potency and becomes plain old water. |

Equipment | You received this treasured item from your sister on your birthday. Peer through it to zoom in and out. |
Tingle Tuner
(OG Only) |
Equipment | To call Tingle, use a Nintendo GameCube Game Boy Advance cable to connect a Game Boy Advance to Controller Socket 2, 3, or 4, then use this item. |
Tingle Bottle
(HD Only) |
Equipment | Use it to cast a letter into the sea where a stranger will come across it! Miiverse settings must be turned on. |
Picto Box

Equipment | It can hold up to 3/12 (HD) pictographs. Press ZR to switch to the Pictograph Album. |
Deluxe Picto Box
|
Equipment | This high-tech type of Picto Box can take full-color pictographs. It, too, can hold up to 3/12 (HD) pictures inside. Press to switch to the Pictograph Album. |

Equipment | This bag is primarily used to hold up to eight different kinds of items that defeated enemies drop. |

Spoils | These pendants are said to flock to those who spread joy, like butterflies to nectar-filled blossoms. |
Golden Feather

Spoils | A certain strangeness emanates from this beautifully shining golden feather. Winged girls are said to be fond of these treasures. |
Skull Necklace

Spoils | They may look worthless, but these fine accessories are quite valuable amongst connoisseurs. |
Knight's Crest

Spoils | All who are skilled in the ways of the sword know the value of a crest such as this! |
Boko Baba Seed

Spoils | This source of the monster plant's magic is said to be most helpful when mixed in the proper quantities. |
Red Chu Jelly

Spoils | This red jelly is a gelatinous substance that is an effective cure for exhaustion, but it can't be used in its current state. |
Green Chu Jelly

Spoils | This green jelly is a gelatinous essence that is filled with magic power, but you can't use it in its current form. |
Blue Chu Jelly

Quest Item | A letter from a father addressed to his son. Take it to Komali, the Rito prince. The Rito chieftain has asked you to do so. |
Maggie's Letter
|
Quest Item | A letter from Maggie to her true love. Maggie has asked you simply to drop it into the nearest postbox. |
Moblin's Letter

Quest Item | This letter has a sort of stink to it. Take it to Maggie. |
Cabana Deed
|
Quest Item | This seems to be the deed to a resort cabana on a far-off island. It's written on yellowed parchment and looks quite old. |
Complimentary ID

Quest Item | This special gift was given to you to commemorate your Silver Membership level. Take it to the nearest Beedle Shop Ship, and use it there. |
Fill-Up Coupon

Quest Item | This prize was given to you to commemorate your Gold Membership level. It fills your consumable items to the maximum number you can hold. Use it at Beedle Shop Ships. |
Town Flower

Island Trading Item | This little flower is reminiscent of the town. If you find a place where you think it belongs, set to a button and place it. |
Sea Flower
|
Island Trading Item | The scent of the sea wafts from the delicate petals of this flower from a distant exotic land. If you find a place where you think it belongs, set to a button and place it. |
Exotic Flower
|
Island Trading Item | This refreshing flower blossoms in the tropical regions to the south. If you find a place where you think it belongs, set to a button and place it. |
Sickle Moon Flag

Fountain Idol

Grappling Hook
|
Equipment | Latch, swing, and jump with this tool. You can change direction or stop swinging, or even climb up and down. Use it on your boat to lift treasure. |
Deku Leaf
|
Equipment | Set this magic leaf and use it to blast objects with a gust of air. If you have magic power, you can jump into the air and use it to fly through the skies. |
Bomb
|
Equipment | Pull out one of these and press A to throw it or R to set it down. Use bombs while on your boat to fire them with a large cannon. |
Boomerang
|
Equipment | Set this weapon and use the red cursor to aim. It will lock on to and hit any object you target It can target up to five things at one time. |
Hero's Bow
|
Equipment | Take out your bow and press to switch between ice, fire, and light arrows once you have them unlocked. You can carry up to 99 arrows. |
Arrow
|
Equipment | Regular arrows used with the bow. |
Fire Arrow
|
Equipment | Arrows with imbued with the power of fire. |
Ice Arrow
|
Equipment | Arrows with imbued with the power of ice. |
Light Arrow
|
Equipment | Powerful arrows that can damage Ganon. |
Hookshot
|
Equipment | It extends! It retracts! It latches onto things! Hold down the button you've set it to and aim. It will fire out when you release the button. |
Skull Hammer
|
Equipment | Set this mightiest of mallets and use it to smash objects and break through barriers. Strike the ground with it to stun enemies with a shockwave. |
Iron Boots
|
Equipment | Set these heavy-duty boots to a button and press it to wear them. Press the button again to remove them. With these on, you can stand in the face of the fiercest winds. |
Magic Armor
|
Equipment | Use your magic/Rupees (HD) to raise a protective barrier around you that guards against enemy attacks! More damage costs more magic/Rupees! |
Hero's Sword
|
Equipment | Use it wisely and carefully... You don't want to let down the kind old man who has entrusted it to you! |
Master Sword
|
Equipment | This is the legendary blade of evil's bane. |
Hero's Shield
|
Equipment | This is the legendary shield said to have been used by the hero himself! |
Mirror Shield
|
Equipment | This mirror-plated shield can reflect beams of light. Press and hold to aim the light beams. |
Pirate's Charm
|
Equipment | This is the mysterious stone the pirate Tetra lent to you. Use it when an icon appears to speak with Tetra. |
Sail
|
Equipment | On your boat, use A to hoist it and sail in the direction the wind blows. Press B to put it away. |
Swift Sail
(HD Only) |
Equipment | Thanks to superior craftsmanship, this sail has amazing wind-catching capabilities. It also ensures that the wind is always at your back. Press A to hoist and A again for more speed! |
Wind Waker
|
Equipment | This conductor's baton can call upon and borrow the power of the gods. |
Power Bracelets
|
Equipment | Strength flows through your limbs when you wear these bracelets, allowing you to lift heavier objects than before. Press A to grab and lift things. |
Hero's Charm
|
Equipment | This mystical charm is able to see into an enemy's soul. It will reveal an enemy's life energy when you equip it. |
Din's Pearl
|
Quest Item | This is the pearl of the gods spoken of in Rito legends. |
Farore's Pearl
|
Quest Item | This is the pearl of the gods given to you by the Great Deku Tree—the great spirit of the earth. |
Nayru's Pearl
|
Quest Item | This is the pearl of the gods, given to you by the great sea spirit, Jabun. |
There are several item types in The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. These range from weapons and equipment that Link can use during his adventure, potions to recover health and magic, and a wide variety of quest items that Link will obtain as he explores the seas!

Charts are unique maps that mark locations of treasures across the Great Sea. You can find these charts in various places in the game.

Most consumables can be purchased from Beedle's Shop Ship, which you can find near islands. You can purchase these items with Rupees.

Some items which you can store in your Spoils Bag can be obtained as drops upon defeating enemies. If you want to stock up on these items, you need to explore around and hunt for these creatures.

Key items and equipment in the game are naturally obtained as you progress through the story, clear dungeons, and complete side quests.
