There are nine minigames in Wind Waker. To begin a minigame, you typically need to talk to the NPC associated with it.
Some minigames cost resources for each play, while others are completely free of any cost.

Completing and/or getting a high score at a mini game may net you great rewards. These include Treasure Charts, Heart Pieces, and Rupees.
Keep in mind that the rewards may differ depending on which version of the game you play.
GameCube and Wii U Version Differences
The mini games listed can be played an unlimited number of times. This means that the player can keep retrying until they get the rewards that they need.
