Yes the build is very much possible. I believe combining signs with alchemy and combat would just give you an overall complete experience of playing a Witcher. People mostly go with an overpowered pure alchemy builds and totally ignore the cool effects and animations that those signs are capable of delivering in the battle. https://youtu.be/IZthTFVohxU

The lack of Quen on the pure Sign build disturbs me. It is such a great ability to use when you have explosive shield combined with the alternate Quen. Spamming it to activate the knockback and being able to regen while blocking hits? Pretty good is you ask me.
