Fast Metabolism is sometimes worth investing into
If you have this skill fully upgraded and equipped, then you would almost never have to worry about having any amount of Toxicity. This skill will only decrease your Active Toxicity which comes from drinking potions and it also decreases over time.
Most builds that include the Alchemy Branch will prefer having a certain amount of Toxicity and will use the Heightened Tolerance skill to eliminate having to exceed the safe threshold.
The benefit of this skill is that you can have almost any number of active potion buffs regardless of high your max Toxicity is because this skill quickly eliminates your Toxicity.
Conclusion
If you have a build that does not rely on having any amount of Toxicity, then you should invest in this skill. This skill will definitely be worth investing into if you do not like looking all pale and veiny all the time especially during conversation.
