Just like any experienced witcher, potions are always a vital part to any battle. The maxed out version of this skill will completely remove the HP penalty when you pass the safe threshhold for Toxicity.
Some Alchemy builds revolve around the player having as much Toxicity as possible to get stronger. Having this skill equipped would only increase the overall potential of those kinds of builds.
This skill is extremely useful to most builds that involve drinking poitions. Getting rid of the HP penalty allows you to drink more potions simultaneously or drinking potions continuously without relying on the White Honey Potion to reset your Toxicity.
