We do not recommend spending points into Cold Blood

Do to its somewhat niche nature or lack of utility, we do not recommend investing into this skill. Generally speaking, your points will better be spent elsewhere. However, there are some builds that may make use of this skill, so only in those instances should you invest your points here.

This skill increases your Adrenaline by using the hits you make from the crossbow. If you invest in this skill, you would gain a full Adrenaline Point in 3-5 crossbow hits depending on how much you invested in the Combat Branch.

This skill is not entirely helpful in your offensive strength, but it can help you in gaining Adrenaline before you want to fully commit to the fight.

Conclusion

Unless you regularly use your crossbow as a primary way to gain Adrenaline, we would recommend that you use your skill points on other skills rather than investing it on this skill.
