You can answer the call again by heading outside and looking for another path in Grounded 2. Learn how to get to the other side of the door and answer the call again during the Incoming Transmission quest.

How to Answer the Call Again
Find an Alternate Entrance Outside
You will need to answer the incoming transmission but it is located behind a locked door. In order to get to the other side of the door, head back outside, then head southwest. The correct entrance will be a hole in a dirt wall.
