You can unlock this quest by picking up the notice on the notice board at Yantra or by talking directly to Holoferens Meiersdorf at Honeyfill Meadworks.

You cannot miss or fail this quest.

Contract: The Apiarian Phantom Walkthrough

Objectives
1 Go to Honeyfill Meadworks and talk to Holoferens Meiersdorf.
2 Follow the Halflings and examine the clues using your Witcher Senses.
3 Follow the footprints and cross to the south east part of the lake.
4 Find a way under the unfinished house and kill the Hound of the Wild Hunt.
5 Go back and report to Holoferens about the contract.

Combat Strategies

Hound of the Wild Hunt

  • Coat your Silver Sword with Elementa Oil to deal bonus damage to them.
  • Use the Igni Sign to burn them or the Axii Sign to stun them and give yourself a large opening to attack.
  • Throw Dimeritium bombs whenever they grow ice shards around them to cancel it.
