When fighting a Nekker Warrior, it is usually accompanied by a horde of Nekkers. The best way to deal with this is to kill the Nekkers first before killing the Nekker Warrior. You can do this by casting the Axii Sign on the Nekker Warrior to stun it for a good duration to deal with the other Nekkers first.
When the other Nekkers have been slain, you can cast the Axii Sign on the Nekker Warrior again and hit it with a fully charged Rend to possibly kill it in one hit.
You should use your Silver Sword and coat it with Ogroid oil to deal bonus damage to them. Prepare Grapeshot Bombs or Northern Wind Bombs to quickly deal with the Nekkers that come with the Nekker Warrior.
