Fortune-Telling Tips appear in loading screens but have little to no effect on gameplay in Nintendo Switch Sports. Read on to know how fortune tips work and a list of all Fortune-Telling Tips for each sport.
Do Fortune-Telling Tips Affect Gameplay?
Little to No Effect on Gameplay
Based on our testing, we have found that Fortune-Telling Tips have little to no effect on gameplay. They do not affect how many points you earn, the items you receive, or provide concrete performance buffs in the specified sport or match. Following the advice on the fortune also does not grant you any additional benefits.
They likely only serve as minor details that give general advice or encourage players to try out different sports. Any effects that it does have, if any, are minor and unnoticeable.
