Washed Away at the Cement Summit Hidden Starry Locations
1. Clear the Secret Room in the 1st Area
You can save the first hidden Starry in the secret room in the first area. You can follow the steps through the Secret Room Spring Mission to reach the Starry.
2. Collect Orange Fragments in the 2nd Area
The second hidden Starry is in the second area of this stage. You can save the Starry by collecting all 5 Orange Fragments scattered around.
Note that you need the Drill Ability here, so make sure to copy it from a Digguh if you lose it.

3. Hidden in the Steel Boxes
You can save the third hidden Starry by getting the Cone and destroying the steel boxes. You can get the Cone through the high pressure water on the north side of the steel boxes, and following the newly created path once you destroy the crystal nearby.
4. Reach the End with the Cone Mouth
You must bring the Cone Mouth until you reach the end of the stage to get the last Starry. You can follow the steps for the Cone Mouth Section to see how to bring the Cone to the end.
After acquiring and finishing the Cone Mouth battle, go up and destroy the crystal on the lower right to create a platform towards the right side. Go up afterwards and smash the crack on the ground to save the last Starry.
Washed Away at the Cement Summit Secret Room Location
Destroy the Metal Boxes
Go on top of the building using the Spring Mouth and destroy the Metal Boxes on the right to unlock a secret path. Follow the path until you reach the back of the building and jump to reach the entrance to the secret room.
Get the Drill Ability and Destroy the Crystal
Once inside, head down and grab the Drill Ability to get inside the fence. Destroy the crystal inside to unlock the next area.
Use the Spring to Jump Over the Fence
Equip the Spring again and jump over the fence on the right. Destroy the crystal there to make new platforms flow out the waterfall.
Jump Across the Platforms Until You Reach a Starry
Jump across platforms until you reach the Starry at the end. If you can reach the end without falling, you will be able to clear this mission.
Washed Away at the Cement Summit Golden Fish Location
At the Second Area Near the 2nd Hidden Starry
You can find the Golden Fish near the T-shaped platform with the two spiky enemies at the second area, just after the area where you can rescue the second hidden Starry.
Washed Away at the Cement Summit Cone Mouth Battle Location
Get the Cone and Move to the Mini-Boss Section
You must get the Cone first by following the steps of the 3rd Hidden Starry. Destroy the cracked pipes along the path north while the Cone is equipped to make it to the mini-boss battle.
Survive three waves of enemies to complete the mission.
Cone Mouth Walkthrough

| 1 |  Once you reach the area with steel boxes, go northeast and ride the water to the next floor. Destroy the crystal there to create a path leading to the Cone. |
| 2 |  Grab the Cone at the end. Beware of enemies and obstacles you will encounter along the way. |
| 3 |  Head to the central part of the path and jump down. You can also destroy the steel boxes to get the 3rd hidden Starry. Follow the path northwest and destroy the pipe to get to the next area. |
| 4 |  Follow the path north until you see another set of steel boxes. Destroy the pipe at the end to access the area above it. |
| 5 |  Destroy the crystal at the top and head towards the newly unlocked platform. |
| 6 |  Fight three waves of enemies to clear this mission. |
Washed Away at the Cement Summit Figure Locations
1. Near the 3rd Orange Fragment
You can get the first Figure when you're trying to get all the Orange Fragments for the second Starry. You will have to dig the mud spot using the Drill ability to get the Figure.
2. During the Lift Section
You can get the second Figure on the Lift section. You will need to break the crystal near the cannon and go in the middle of the path to get the Figure that spawned on a pillar.
