Obtain Mag-Boots through Story Progression

The Mag-Boots can be obtained by progressing through the story. You will need to go to the High on Life store in the Slums.

After doing your investigation, go outside from the High on Life store and you will see an alien who met an unfortunate death. Interact with the corpse to get his Mag-Boots. You will automatically get the RIP Davey Glutes achievement.

The Mag-Boots are used to attach yourself to magnetic walls. Magnetic walls can be identified by its triangular panels.

To use the Mag-Boots, you will need to get close to a magnetic wall and then press the Interact button. Knifey will pull you into the magnetic wall, allowing you to stick to it.
