To efficiently scan through TV advertisements and make the annoying countdown show appear, repeatedly reload your last checkpoint in front of your living room TV until a robot in front of a black background appears.

This process may take a while, as the annoying countdown show appears randomly. However, the TV spot is guaranteed to show up eventually.
