How to Get Carried Stan's Load to Completion

Buy Stan's Load in Downtown Blim City

Go Downtown and find Stan. He'll be a yellow alien wearing a white robe. When you approach him, he'll tell you he sells alien cum. You can choose to buy it, and he will give it you free of charge but, if you reject his offer he will say he no longer wants to do any business with you. However, if you repeatedly interact with him after rejecting his offer, he will still give you the gallon for free.

Acquire the Gallon of Alien Cum then Finish the Game

Once you acquire Stan's load, just progress naturally until you complete the game and that's it! It does kind of make you question yourself though: “What was it all for? Did I seriously just finish the game holding a gallon of some random alien's load?”

Anyway, congratulations, bounty hunter, you now have the achievement!
