While at your house, after checking the fridge, interact with the Bounty 5000. From the available list, select “Knifey's Package” to begin the mission and see what kind of chaos your favorite stab-happy companion has gotten himself into.

You now have access to all the weapon mods in the base game - but you need to equip them manually. Open the pause menu, go to the Inventory, and select your Gatlian. From there, you can equip or swap mods directly.
With Kenny out of the picture (for reasons we're definitely not going to question), you'll be joined by Harper as your fresh-faced Gatliian companion. She fills Kenny's role in combat and traversal.
List of All Weapon Mods and How to Get

Welcome to Peroxis! You'll run into a sickly greeter early on. As gross as he is, he'll tell you where to go. If you're ever unsure where to go next, make sure to use your Scanner - it highlights where to go and helps you stay on track.

Follow the path toward Salt Lick City, your next major destination. Along the way, you might run into a few former G3 goons who haven't quite gotten the memo that the cartel's over.
In Salt Lick City, talk to the Instructor to kick off a little minigame called Peroxosquash. You don't need to be good at it - just get through it, but beating the high score nets you a little something extra.
Once it's over, you'll be rewarded with B.A.L.L. It's not quite a Gatlian, but it's just as powerful - and just as ridiculous, operated by three little aliens.
Now that you've got B.A.L.L., it's time to head out of Salt Lick City and put it to work. You'll find geyser holes scattered around the area - just fire B.A.L.L. into each one to seal them up and build pressure.
Once all geyser vents are sealed, the built-up pressure will launch you to higher platforms, unlocking new paths.
| Bathing with Toxxo |
|---|
|
|

On your way to Muxxalon HQ, you'll encounter Toxxo - a massive, laid-back alien lounging in a pool of highly questionable green goo. He's more than happy to help you reach your destination... but there's a catch.
Toxxo wants you to hop in and marinate with him in his suspiciously toxic bathwater. The problem is the longer you stay in, the more damage you take.
To get Toxxo to help you, you'll need to fill up the Relaxometer - which means clearing off the parasites clinging to his giant body while soaking in the toxic goo with him.
The more you shoot, the longer you can stay in the toxic pool without getting melted, so keep those pests off him and try not to boil yourself in the process. Thankfully, you can hop out of the pool before you die, and the Relaxometer will keep your progress if it's at least half-filled.

Toxxo's not quite done pampering: now he wants his back cleaned. Head around behind him and pop the remaining parasites clinging to his back. The good news? You won't need to soak in the toxic sludge this time.

You heard that right. Toxxo now wants you to clean his butt. To do that, head to the cave entrance to the right of him, then make your way down to, uh... meet Cheeks to shoot off the remaining parasites.
There's a short (and ridiculous) cutscene waiting for you - just embrace the absurdity. You've come this far.

After Toxxo hauls you off to another island, head to the Duffalo Ranch and speak with the local Rancher, Sam Shnot.
He's not exactly eager to help, though. He'll only agree to smuggle you into Muxxalon HQ if you take care of a poacher problem first.
| Clear Out the Poacher Outpost |
|---|
|
|

The Poacher Outpost is just outside the Duffalo Ranch, so you won’t have to travel far. Use your Scanner to pinpoint its location, then get to work taking out every poacher in sight.
Expect reinforcements to warp in, so stay sharp and keep your Gatlians locked and loaded.

When you see glowing orange Hotwalls, that’s your cue to switch to Gus. Use his alt-fire to shoot a disc into the wall, which creates a temporary platform you can tether to or stand on.

You’ll need to fire B.A.L.L. into each geyser vent to plug them up and build pressure. Once they’re sealed, the pressure will launch you across the gap - turning the steam blasts into your personal trampoline network.

When you spot a Tether Nest, use Creature to fire one of his kids into it. This will summon a Hookbug you can latch onto and swing across with Knifey.

When you see this Splatform, aim Harper's Glob Shot at it and fire to launch yourself across the gap.
Fire B.A.L.L. into these three connected pipes to build up pressure. Once all three are plugged, a massive fan will activate, blasting you across to the final area of the Poacher’s Outpost. Time for the last cleanup!

Prepare for a series of enemy waves as you make your way through the final stretch of the outpost. Use B.A.L.L.'s ability to clear out groups of poachers quickly. Eventually, you’ll come face-to-face with the Poacher King, and surprise! He's human. At least there won't be any boss fights.
Collect the Poppers. With those in hand, it’s time to head back to the Rancher and move on to the next bizarre chapter of your journey.

With the Poachers defeated and the Poppers in hand, make your way back to Sam Shnot at the Ranch.
Now that the poacher problem is handled,
he'll finally agree to help smuggle you into Muxxalon HQ. Hand the Poppers over to Elizabeth the Duffalo and climb inside her to get smuggled into Muxxalon HQ.

Once you’re inside Elizabeth the Duffalo, you’ll meet a talkative parasite living in there. You can have a conversation with it - and if you’re hunting for achievements, here’s the strange part:
You’ll be given the option to flirt and have sex with the parasite using either Creature or Sweezy. It’s completely optional, but saying yes will unlock a missable achievement.

Inside Muxxalon HQ, things get real dark. The lights are out, the atmosphere is tense, and you'll feel like you’ve walked into a full-blown horror game.
Make your way through the shadows until you run into Stelson, one of the only uninfected Muxxalon employees still standing.

Start cutting open every box you can find - Knifey’s package is stashed somewhere in the cluttered mess of Muxxalon HQ.
Before long, you’ll be attacked by a horrifying creature, turning this search into a nightmare. And just when things couldn't get worse, the CEO of Muxxalon herself shows up to make it even scarier.

Mux infects you with a Manager Parasite - one whose actual job is to manage you. After surviving a bizarre infected employee simulator, you’ll finally break free and find Knifey’s package is just ahead in the area.
Knifey gets a major upgrade, transforming into a chainsaw, more brutal, more unhinged, and somehow even more excited to stab everything in sight.
Use your new Chainsaw Knifey to carve through the membrane and get out.

|
Time to put Chainsaw Knifey to work. Ride along the fleshy cords, popping every pustule you see to rip through Mux’s vital organs one by one. There are three organs in total that you need to destroy.
The layout gets a little maze-like, so don’t forget to use your scanner to track the next objective and carve a path through this body-horror labyrinth.

In the Sorting Facility, boxes ride along a conveyor above the doorway. When a correctly colored box approaches the drop-off point, fire B.A.L.L. into the vent above the conveyor to plug it and drop the box into place.
Repeat this process for each color to complete the puzzle and move on.

Inside the Turbine Room, powerful fans blast wind in all directions. Start on the left side of the room, where you’ll spot a Magwall that helps you get closer to a grapple point. From there, use your dash ability to cut through the heavy wind gusts.
You'll need to chain together dashes and grapples to make your way up to the next level.

With all three organs destroyed, it’s time to head back to Mux's Core for your final showdown with Mux. Bring your best weapons, your worst intentions, and get ready to finish this twisted nightmare once and for all.

This is it: the final showdown with Muxxalon’s CEO, Mux. Throw everything you’ve got at her: Chainsaw Knifey, your full lineup of Gatlians, B.A.L.L., and every mobility trick you've picked up along the way.
She won’t hold back after you dismantled her internal departments, and neither should you.

Once you chainsaw your way through Mux and the final cutscene wraps, the credits will roll: but it’s not completely over.
You’ll be free to explore Peroxis, track down missed Muxxalon boxes, and finish any side content you might've skipped during the chaos of the DLC.
| Mux Boss Fight Tips |
|---|
|
|
Mux throws everything at you - lasers, energy blasts, and even her own employees. Use your jetpack to stay airborne and dash often to avoid getting overwhelmed. Keep moving, keep shooting, and don’t let her lock you down.
After dealing enough damage, Mux will spew out a mess of bile and reveal a pulsing organ.
You know the drill: chainsaw your way along the cord with Knifey, and make sure to hit all the pustules first to bring down the shield around the organ. Then carve it up!
During the second phase of the boss battle, she’ll start releasing parasites mid-fight. Don't ignore them! Shooting these parasites drops DuraShield pickups, giving you a much-needed layer of protection.
At the final stage of the fight, Mux’s brain is exposed - and it's your cue to end this. Use Chainsaw Knifey to tear through it.
