You are guaranteed to encounter Bile Titans in Eliminate Bile Titan missions regardless of the difficulty you choose.

Bile Titan Weak Spot
| Weak Spot | Destroy the green sac underneath a Bile Titan to weaken it and disable its bile spit attack. The Bile Titan's actual weak spot is its mouth. Shooting it a few times with a Railgun will bring it down. |

Use Explosive and Laser Stratagems
The Stratagems listed above are the ones that can easily kill a Bile Titan after using them a few times. Do note that lower-level Stratagems such as the Orbital Precision Strike can also kill a Bile Titan but you need to significantly weaken it first!
Shoot the Bile Titan's Mouth
The Railgun and the Recoilless Rifle are Supply Stratagems that can be used to kill a Bile Titan by shooting it a few times at its mouth.
If you are playing with other people, have them bait the Bile Titan for it to use its bile spit attack. You will then have a clear shot of the Bile Titan's mouth!
A Spear Destroys the Bile Titan's Armor
Another Supply Stratagem that can take down the Bile Titan is the FAF-14 Spear. It is an anti-tank homing missile that lock onto its target before launch. A few shots from it will eventually kill a Bile Titan.
Kill a Bile Titan Using a Drop Pod
Reinforce Pods, Supply Stratagem Pods, and Resupply Pods can kill Bile Titan if it drops on them. To execute this properly, you have to weaken the Bile Titan first by destroying its green bile sac.
It is also possible to one-shot a Bile Titan if the pod drops right at its head. But, this is hard to do since the Bile Titan's head needs to be at the exact position where the pod will drop.
Destroy the Bile Titan's Bile Sac
You can weaken a Bile Titan by shooting its green bile sac. When it gets destroyed, the Bile Titan will not be able to use its bile spit!
