What is the Sample Glitch

Significantly Increases Samples Obtained

Helldivers 2 - Common Sample

The sample glitch being experienced by certain players isn't a normal glitch, in the ordinary sense of the word but is more the result of other players using hacks to get more samples.

Samples are obtained in various areas during missions with Common Samples being found in all game modes while the Rare and Super Samples can only be obtained by playing the game on a certain difficulty.

Difficulty Levels Differences

Could Lead to Getting Permabanned

While there hasn't been a fix for this glitch, players continuously using or attempting to use hacks may result in getting banned from playing the game.

Helldivers 2 has yet to reach a month since being released and with the many issues that come with a newly-released game, the devs could be focused on more urgent matters than a sample glitch.
